    • Interested: Choose a trade & explore necessary skills, suggested certifications, learning, & training paths, jobs you’ll qualify for, and more!

User Registration and Access

  • Many features within BlueCareer do not require an account. A user can take the assessment, explore 135+ trades, access the resource library, and watch many training resources, such as the OSHA Ladder Safety course and How to Read Blueprints. A BlueRecruit account is, however, required to access training content through Interplay or to save assessment matches and favorite trainings. If you are interested in signing up for a BlueRecruit account, outside of EAPL's BlueCareer access, click on the "Sign In" or "Create Job Seeker Profile" buttons and enter the required information.
